Attorney Adam Susser has been a practicing Arizona attorney for over ten years. Concentrating almost exclusively in criminal law, Adam has taken over one hundred cases to trial, including misdemeanors and felonies, jury trials and bench trials, in addition to handling hundreds if not thousands of other cases in city courts, justice courts, Superior Court, and the Arizona Court of Appeals.
Initially, and for nearly seven years, Adam was a prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office, and worked in a variety of bureaus, including: preliminary hearings, probation violations, adult felony trial group, Fraud and Identity Theft Enforcement (where he was a supervisor), and appeals.
In 2012, Adam joined the defense community and began representing people accused of all levels of crimes in Arizona, from civil and criminal traffic offenses (including DUI), up to and including major felonies. Adam’s experiences on all sides of the courtroom have given him a rare insight into the State’s thought processes, policies, practices, and objectives; wherever possible, Adam uses that knowledge for the benefit of his clients.
Adam shows all of his clients a high level of personal attention, addressing individual concerns and situations, recognizing that all cases and clients are unique.
