Adam Susser

Attorney Adam Susser has been practicing criminal law for over 22 years.  In that time, he has conducted over 200 jury trials, bench trials, and evidentiary hearings, resolving over 3000 total cases in his career.  He has championed the rights of his clients and aggressively defended all manner of allegations from civil traffic tickets up to and including 1^st degree murder.  While Adam aggressively defends all cases in his care, he also has a particular passion for DUIs arising from prescription or illicit drugs, and has earned multiple acquittals in jury trials.

In addition, Adam’s skills extend beyond trial advocacy into appeals and claims for post-conviction relief.  Adam’s philosophy is that thorough investigations lead to the greatest results for his clients, rooting out weaknesses that others would miss.  Prior to becoming a criminal defense attorney in 2012, Adam was a prosecutor for the Maricopa County Attorney’s Office for nearly seven years, gaining the advantage of knowing how prosecutors plan, think, and strategize – Adam uses his knowledge to the best possible benefit for his clients.

In 2015, the State Bar of Arizona and Arizona Board of Legal Specialization recognized Adam as a Criminal Law Expert and certified him as such ever since.

Adam regularly practices in all city and justice courts within Maricopa, Pinal, Yavapai, and Gila counties.
