2) Second, within 15 days of arrest, you, or your attorney, must contact the Arizona Department of Motor Vehicles MVD for a hearing. This is a critical step because if you have been stopped for a DUI, you must challenge the automatic suspension of your privilege to drive in the State of Arizona. Your MVD hearing is also included in our fee.
