Mark N. Weingart is a certified criminal law specialist, and he has defended persons accused of DUI and other crimes in Arizona for over 50 years. He was a judge in Tempe, where he presided over a significant number of DUI and criminal cases. He also served as an assistant county prosecuting attorney in Ohio and as Assistant Attorney General for Arizona.
